My name is Cierra Winstead
Within my 13 years in education, 10 of those years have been spent in the classroom teaching. While in the classroom, I worked with my administrators and teachers to help build our schoolwide framework for personalized learning. I saw the powerful impact that personalized learning has through the students and families that I worked with. I then transitioned into the role of an instructional coach. During my career, I have worked created professional development aligned to implementing strategies focused around a student-centered approach, and planning instruction that tailors instruction for students’ individual academic needs. My goal as a Personalized Learning Educational Consultant is to work with other educators to build and implement their own student-centered structure within their school. Want to learn more?
